- Mid Tier Mining Company -
SCOPE:
Crisis Management Radar was adopted by a mid-tier mining company with operations in three continents.
IMPLEMENTATION:
21 individuals from across the organisation were identified as suitable respondents during the strategic on-boarding process. Respondents from across three operations and senior management completed the assessment.
OUTCOME:
In addition to providing a level of assurance to the Audit Committee, the report identified a vulnerability in the recovery-planning process, that was quickly addressed by the organisation.
